I noticed you're running an Adamant nature (+atk, -sp.atk) on Salamence, but you've put EV's into Sp.Atk. Maybe go for a different nature that reduces Sp.def/def?

You don't need Draco Meteor and Outrage in the same set, and 'Mence could do with the EVs invested in SpA elsewhere (Like Attack). Here are some builds that will make better use of 'Mence's stats and capabilities.

Salamence @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Moxie
Nature: Adamant
252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
- Outrage
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast

Capitalises on Salamence's best attacking stat with maximum investment. Dragon Claw is a reliable STAB move if you'd rather avoid being locked into Outrage (Which is simply awful if they have a bulky Steel-type). Also, being locked into Draco Meteor will ruin this set.
Alternatively:

Salamence @ Life Orb
Trait: Intimidate / Moxie
Nature: Adamant
252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
- Dragon Dance
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast

With respectable bulk + Intimidate, Salamence will have few issues setting up. With a DD boost, Salamence becomes an offensive juggernaunt, and bringing Salamence in on physically-oriented attackers will often force a switch, allowing easy set-up. Just watch out for Ice Punch. You could also still run Moxie viably, it depends on your preferences. Intimidate makes set-up easier, Moxie will mean that once you are set up, Salamence will be absolutely terrifying.

I can see the appeal of mixed-attacking, but with a DD boost, the difference is negligeable, and you still have Fire Blast to nail the likes of Ferrothorn anyway.

Starmie's HP stat is pitiful, and with no investment it really isn't worth running leftovers. You've EV'd it for special attacking, and as such, I'd suggest a Life Orb.

Also, with regards to your Heatran, would you prefer it defensive or offensive?

I use heatran to absorb fire moves and use them against others. I also use him to get rid of those like Volcarona.

Interesting. You've given your Heatran the moveset of defensive variants, but the EV spread of an all-out attacker. As a general rule, it's better to specialise, but I don't see any major problems given what it sets out to accomplish. You might want to consider Fire Blast. The accuracy drop sucks, but the damage output makes up for it.

I only just noticed the leftovers on Starmie. My fault for posting so late at night. Definitely replace that with Life Orb or perhaps Expert Belt (not as good but if you don't like the LO recoil then it's plausible).

DMeteor and Outrage on Salamence works as a surprise factor for certain physical walls, but tbh most physical walls are steel types anyway so replacing it is the best option. Heinous Creature has posted some good sets for it.

With Machamp maybe try Payback (I'm pretty certain it learns that) over Stone Edge. Ice Punch, Dynamic Punch and Payback have perfect neutral coverage, and the only thing you're missing out on with SE is OHKOing bug types, which can easily be dealt with by other members of your team such as Salamence and Heatran.

Given the coverage offered by the Starmie set (an attack triage of Hydro Pump, Ice Beam and Thunderbolt hits 8 types super-effectively), and given the importance of keeping your designated spinner healthy, an Expert Belt is indeed a worthwhile consideration over a Life Orb. However, I would say this depends on whether it's role as a spinner or a special attacker is it's most important.

Regarding Machamp, if at all possible, I would try and find room for Substitute on it's moveset. Substitute + DynamicPunch is downright infernal to face, and keeps status from ruining Machamp. Pick two moves of choice for coverage or to remove specific threats (Any combination of Payback / Stone Edge / Thunderpunch / Ice Punch), and you're set.

A little late posting about this RMT Tyler and I want to apologize about that. Both Legacy and Heinous Creature picked up on the few quirks I mentioned to you about the team the other night as well so at least I'm not the only one lol

I am very interested in seeing how well that Heatran set will work but I believe Starmie will function much better with a different item (as Legacy has already mentioned).

Now that I've actually had time to sit down and take a good look at this team I see that it struggles quite a bit against Scarf Terrakion. The 2 Pokemon that resist its Fighting STAB are rather frail (running Intimidate on Salamence would help with that somewhat but it definitely does not want to take a Stone Edge.) and will not be able to take repeated hits for very long. Sub+Swords Dance sets will also give you quite a bit of trouble, most notable Salac Berry variants since it will be able to outspeed everything once its berry is activated as well as muscle through Machamp and Jirachi while being immune to any type of status.

Scarf Landorus-I also will give you quite a bit of trouble since everything on your team is OHKO'd by a set with Earth Power, HP Ice, and Psychic other than Jirachi at full HP which is still 2HKO'd so you definitely need to watch out for that.

The main suggestion I would give you is to actually replace your Salamence with a Latias. It is not as straight up threatening as Salamence BUT it is able to still deal a lot of damage while being able to take hits from the 2 threats I mentioned above fairly well, outside of Terrakion's Stone Edge (be careful of X-Scissor though) which all of your Steel types can handle easily if it is Choiced as most are.

This is the set I would recommend:
Timid - Life Orb, Expert Belt, Leftovers (all are perfectly viable)
252 Sp Att, 252 Spd, 4HP
~ Draco Meteor
~ Psyshock
~ Surf / Hidden Power Fire
~ Roost

I agree with all currently posted advice except for ninJAS', on the basis that I dislike Latias in competetive play. The main advice I can offer you is to replace Machamp with Conckledurr, who essentially does a similar job but much, MUCH better than Machamp could ever hope to.
