Interesting how you chose the Dragon Dance set over the Mixed Rain attack set on Dragonite.

Yea I know right? :/ the only reason I did was because I have no physical attackers other than him >.<

The goal of this team is a very interesting type of stall....the goal is to paralyze all of my opponents Pokemon then dealing the majority of the damage to them through phazing and Leech Seed....also considering making Dnite a Parashuffler with 252 Hp and 252 Sp Def EV's, switching Twave on Blissey for Stealth Rock, and switching Stealth Rock on Empoleon for coverage move....maybe Ice Beam since I don't have anything to really take down a dragon :/

I'd put Protect on Blissey to get you out of a jam if need be over Twave.

Ice Beam > Iron Defense on Empoleon

I don't get it if you want to spread paralysis, but have Hypnosis on Politoed. Just something to consider.

Have you considered Tentacruel as your spinner over Foretress? That may allow you to run other hazards on another pokemon of your liking.

I need Stealth Rock set up in order for my strategy to work at maximum effectiveness.

I actually prefer a Iron Defense set for Empoleon although no one else seems to :/ it can be greatly effective especially with this strategy to deal a lot of damage with STAB Surf in the rain and Roar damage.

I have Hypnosis simply because not every Pokemon can be hit with Twave (Ground types obviously) and it can't force my opponent to switch even more after I lay down Hypnosis and Perish Song leading to even more entry hazard damage.

Tentacruel was actually the first Pokemon I thought to use on this team but it was inevitable removed because I wasn't able to cover my Electric weakness as well as I was wanting to...also having Forrtress gives me another Dragon resist which is always a welcome sight Tongue

That Dragon type Resistance is so key, in OU play. So I see what you mean as far as weaknesses goes.

I just thought Rain Dish w Lefties would work well for you. Maybe you could throw a Jirachi along side it. I perfectly understand your reasoning though.

Made the changes I proposed earlier since I fill like they fit into the team better this way.

@Bordeaux yes Rain Dish + Lefties is great but I was just having serious problems covering Electric attacks and I wanted to try a Parashufflestall and see if it could really work or not lol on top of that I already have Blissey for a special wall so Tentacruel was kind of unneeded..especially after Forrtress took it's spinner spot.

A paraflinch Jirachi would reek havoc with this team indeed :/ but I really wanted to prove how effective an Iron Defense Empoleon could be....if that falls through the floor though then I will more than likely put Jirachi in it's place ^_^

I like the Impish nature on Dragonite. It seems to be bulky enough with it's Evs alone. I just see that you severly lack Physical moves in general. You seem like quite the battler, so I'm sure you can find a way to counteract that.

It's depressing how people would consider an Iron Defense Empoleon over Acid Armour Vaporeon in the rain. Immunity to status, immense healing capabilities in Wish, I don't see why you'd think about Empoleon and not that. Seriously underrated.

@Vex I do love using Vaporeon but I really enjoy running a Iron Defense Empoleon as well....which was more or less the whole reason I wanted to try this type of team out lol not only that but Empoleon adds a very valuable Dragon resist to my team and he also can use Knock Off (one of my all time favorite moves) to hurt opponents who depend on their items to survive.

@Bordeaux yes I prefer a bulky Dnite and this one is definitely capable of taking hits. Since this team is meant to deal the majority of it's damage through entry hazards then a physical attacker isn't greatly needed after all (completely contradicts what I said earlier lol) and will only fail if I can't keep my hazards on the field...
