1. What would you rate this card? (1 to 10, 10 being the best.)
2. Would you use this card in a deck? If yes or no, why?

If any other comments about the card, feel free to post about it here.

Jeez. Pokémon cards have come a long way since I last played. I only have Gen I cards, and this looks incredible to me.

Massive Eruption is a bit of a gimmick, people don't use that many energies. Tital Wave looks cool though.

Just so you know, if legend cards see the light of day, terrible, horrible, ambiguous things will happen. Like buildings crumbling, oceans rising, and ... uh ... you'll lose your internet connection. For at least 6 and a half hours. Ooooh.

Tidal Wave:
I only see one use of this and that is with Slowking (you can look at either players 3 top cards and rearrange them), then spread damage.. but it needs both parts simultaneously, it needs 4 energies and it isn't too reliable.. it mills energies though, but agains ExTC that doesn't matter that much..

Massive Eruption:
Slowbro plays the same role here, as you can still choose which players top deck you get to discard..
Obviously, for these two attacks you should go for prism energies, and have eelektrik on the bench.. it may work, it may not work, i have not tried.. theory sounds OK though.. When the opponent has knocked KG you should have no problem with sending up benched pokes, it is not that big of a loss either, since everyone plays EX's anyways..
But combined with eelektrik i can see it be used in play ^^

Plausible decklist:
Zekrom EX
Zekrom (maybe)
Eelektrik - Tynamo
KG Legend
Slowking

Yes? Yes?

Well, yeah, i may try it :P
